  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

 

 

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation

1. Cleaning and marinating

Carefully wash the fish roe and pat dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Preparing the breading station

Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Remove the roe from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature.

3. Breading

Coat each piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure good coverage.

4. Frying
